Guangzhou Meilun Chemical Fibre Weaving Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer in manufacturing and selling jean cloth; embroidery and pearl craft and jeans, with district management and covering an area of 30,000 square meters. To improve add-ons value of our products and be more competitive, we have fetched in the largest Belgian electron multi-arm PICANOL loom. Now we have 48 production lines and more than ten partner factories to meet the annual production quantity, more than 20 million yards, mainly in all kinds of jean cloth, such as cotton lycra fabric and jean cloth. We have strict quality control in all the production procedure, from gauze selection, canister resembling, sizing, shrink proof process to drying until finalization.
With the imported computer embroidery equipment from Korea, our embroideries on our jeans, dress, vanity and shoes are very popular all over the world.
The existing jeans brands in our company are Errisic, Regame and Vacss. Our annual production capacity for jeans is more than two million pieces and our products sell mainly to Eastern Europe, including Russia, Poland, Hungary, Czech and Germany.
